Operator and eligibility

Calcbet is operated by Roberto Rossi. You must be at least 18 years old and permitted to use the service where you live. Contact support@calcbetapp.com with questions about these terms.

Research and tracking

Calcbet provides sports research, price comparisons, lineup tools and record keeping. It does not accept wagers, enter contests, hold a betting balance or transfer funds to sportsbooks. Any bet or contest entry happens separately with the operator you choose, under that operator’s rules and applicable law.

Historical hit rates describe past samples at particular lines. They are not a guarantee or a calibrated probability of future success. Suggested parlays, projections and potential payouts are estimates. Correlations, changed prices, unavailable players, voids and sportsbook rules can change an outcome or payout. Verify current information before making your own decision.

Your account and records

Keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for information and records you submit and for keeping your own copies. Browser records remain on your device until you explicitly save a cloud snapshot. Account deletion is permanent and does not erase downloads or copies on other devices.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for lawful personal research. Do not bypass usage limits, share private credentials, probe other accounts, overload the service or upload information you have no right to use. Do not resell or redistribute third-party data without the required permission. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal obligations.

Coverage and availability

Coverage varies by sport, sportsbook, market, season and provider. Data may be delayed, missing or corrected. Public fantasy feeds are currently unavailable from our hosted app; supported CSV imports remain available. Research and optimization methods have limitations described in the relevant tool.

We may change tools or data sources and will describe material changes to paid offerings before they apply where required. If a paid service cannot be supplied, contact support for the remedy required by these terms or applicable law.

Plans and billing

Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are not currently on sale. Test checkout does not collect real money or activate production Pro access. Proposed pricing is not a purchase offer.

When paid plans become available, checkout must show the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, included features and applicable limits before you subscribe. A recurring plan renews until canceled. Cancellation and refund terms are described in the separate policy; mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Ownership and third-party services

Calcbet’s interface and software belong to their respective owners. Sports data, trademarks and sportsbook names belong to their respective owners. References to a sportsbook do not imply endorsement or a partnership. Third-party websites and services have separate terms.

Responsibility and consumer rights

You make your own research, lineup and wagering decisions. Calcbet does not promise winnings, investment returns or uninterrupted access. To the extent applicable law permits, the service is supplied as available and we are not responsible for wagering losses or indirect losses caused by reliance on research outputs.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Contact support first about a problem so we can investigate. No arbitration agreement or waiver of statutory rights is created by these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and identify the revised date on this page. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and any consent required by law will be obtained. Contact support@calcbetapp.com for account, service or policy questions.
