Who operates Calcbet

Information we handle

Your account uses an email address and sign-in records. If you save a cloud snapshot, we store the bet records, starting bankroll and revision information you choose to save. Saved forward-test predictions and outcomes, usage counts and account access settings are also linked to your account.

Bets, preferences and fantasy CSV imports may be stored in your browser. Records on one device or website address are not automatically copied to another. Uploaded player pools and research inputs are processed to run the tools; do not upload private information about other people.

Hosting, account and email providers process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, device/browser information and security logs. Stripe processes checkout and billing information when checkout is available. Calcbet does not collect full card numbers in its own forms.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, deliver requested emails, save and restore your workspace, run research tools, enforce plan allowances, prevent abuse, handle support and maintain the service. Sports search inputs and market selections may be sent to the relevant statistics or odds provider to obtain results.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers account emails. Supabase provides authentication and cloud storage. Stripe provides subscription checkout and billing management when available. Sports-data providers supply statistics, odds or slate information. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising in the current service. We may disclose information when legally required, to investigate abuse or protect the service, or to a successor operator subject to appropriate protections. A future material change will be reflected in this notice.

Cookies and browser storage

Calcbet uses sign-in cookies and browser storage for account sessions, saved workspace records and preferences. These are functional storage features. The current website does not include advertising pixels or optional audience-analytics trackers. Stripe checkout may use its own security and payment-related storage.

Retention and deletion

Account-linked cloud workspace records, forward-test records and account allowances are removed when account deletion completes. Download records you want to keep first. Copies in backups or provider security logs may remain until those systems expire or remove them; this is not an immediate erasure of every provider backup.

Browser copies and downloaded files are separate from cloud account data. The deletion screen lets you choose whether to clear Calcbet records from the current website address in this browser. Other devices and website addresses must be cleared separately. Stripe may retain transaction records for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

Use Account settings to download your saved cloud workspace, sign out or start account deletion. Contact support@calcbetapp.com to request access, correction or other privacy rights available where you live. We may verify your identity before acting. Only provide information needed for your request.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. No service can guarantee absolute security.

The date above identifies this version. We will describe material changes through the website or account notices as appropriate. This notice does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
