Cancellation and refunds
A clear way to stop renewal and request an eligible refund.
Updated October 31, 2026 · Version 2026-10-31
Pre-launch policy draft. Operator details and launch terms are being finalized. Paid subscriptions are not on sale.
Current subscription availability
Paid subscriptions are not on sale yet. The current Stripe connection is for testing only. No real charge results from test checkout. The following policy describes the intended paid subscription offering.
Cancel a subscription
Once paid subscriptions are available, open Account settings, select Manage subscription, and complete cancellation in the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless you receive a refund or the checkout terms say otherwise, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that renewal charge. You do not need to delete your account to cancel. Account deletion must also stop any active renewal; a paid-account deletion flow will not launch without that billing safeguard. If the portal is unavailable, email support@calcbetapp.com.
Seven-day first-payment refund
Your first paid Calcbet subscription payment is refundable if you request a refund within seven days of that payment. Email support@calcbetapp.com from your account email and include the receipt number or payment date. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
This voluntary refund applies to your first subscription payment, not subsequent renewal payments. Required consumer rights, refunds for billing errors and any stronger promise shown at checkout still apply. We do not require a particular reason for an eligible first-payment refund.
When we approve an eligible request, we refund the first payment to the original payment method and cancel its subscription. Paid access ends when the refund is processed. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
Renewals and errors
Canceling after a renewal does not automatically refund that renewal under the seven-day first-payment policy. Contact support if a payment is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, charged after an effective cancellation, or subject to a refund under applicable law.
Betting losses, unsuccessful parlays and inaccurate forecasts do not create a separate winnings guarantee or refund entitlement. They do not remove your eligible seven-day first-payment refund or statutory rights.
Support
Email support@calcbetapp.com for cancellation, refund or payment help. We will review your request and explain the outcome. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
